Post Surgery Care
Having completed the nose surgery it is important that you take into account the following recommendations:- The patient can return home on the same day as surgery.
- You should eat healthy foods after the eyelid surgery, including vegetables, fruit, lean meat and plenty of water.
- Avoid direct sun until completely recovered from the blepharoplasty surgery.
- For the first few days the patient should sleep face up, with the head slightly elevated.
- Use anti-inflammatories for swelling (edema)
- The stitches will be removed after the third or fourth day.
- Begin post surgery treatment by following the instructions of the surgeon; we particularly recommend sessions of Biophotonic Therapy.
- Post surgical treatment is an important part of eyelid surgery because it helps reduce swelling, maintains and optimizes the surgery results to ensure a more efficient and fast recovery.
- Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol both of which interfere with the wound recovery.
- In case of any concerns it is recommended that you consult the surgeon directly rather than consulting other people who may have had buttock augmentation.
- Apply cold dressings to the swollen area
